Kirsten Carthew (KC) is a multi-award-winning director whose work has been lauded at festivals, released theatrically, and sold across platforms worldwide. Recognized for character-driven stories that have garnered distinguished accolades for outstanding lead performances, KC likewise excels in bringing forth spectacular world-building and innovation in her visual storytelling.
KC is a member of the Directors Guild of Canada, an Associate Member of the Federation of European Screen Directors, and an alumna of the London School of Economics and the University of Southern California. She is a former journalist, published author, and recipient of multiple visionary awards. Beyond the screen KC has been recognized for co-founding a non-profit for outdoor adventure and environmental protection.
