Pauline Gallinat
Hi, I’m Pauline, a freelance graphic designer and illustrator located in Victoria, BC – on the traditional and unceded territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples. I grew up in a small town in Northeast Germany, lived in Berlin and the Yukon, and hold a Bachelor of Communications Design from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin.
When I’m not designing things, I love spending time in the garden with our three chickens, exploring the coastline, discovering new foods, doing a puzzle, or trying my hand at a new skill – the most recent one to be swing dancing.
I enjoy working with a variety of media to find the most effective way to communicate a message visually. I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating on graphic design projects with clients across different industries, including art and film festivals, universities, small businesses, non-profits, and government organizations
