Robert Brouillette

Robert holds a Red Seal certification in cooking, an Emergency Medical Responder certification from the Canadian Red Cross, and a Business Communication and Media Studies certification from Yukon University School of Business and Leadership. He has over 20 years of experience in hospitality, graphic design, and media production.

Robert is passionate about excellence, innovation, creativity, and safety. With expertise in traditional Mediterranean cuisine. For 10 years, he has collaborated with local farmers to promote food sovereignty in restaurants and hotels. Robert also volunteered at the Yukon Culinary Festival and produced a documentary on this initiative with Lalande Media in 2019.

During the pandemic, Robert expanded my skills, working as a graphic designer at The Whitehorse Star, contributing to journalism and photography.

He is also a brewer/winemaker, master northern gardener, and emerging filmmaker. Robert won the 2021 Yukon 48HR Film Challenge, and his film was screened at TIFF Bell Lightbox during The 48 Film Festival in 2022.
