If you had a platform to talk about anything you wanted for a moment, what would you say? What would your answer be if someone asked you what you cared about?
In an effort to explore what community and connection means in an urban environment, Brianne Nettelfield and Naomi Mark set out to find out what people care about and why those things matter in a broader context. From mental health in the trans community to food security and communication, Show Me What You Care About threads together the stories of six Vancouverites to find that community is built from more than the simple sharing of a location – community is built through the connections we share with one another, ourselves and how they are manifested through the things we care about.
